Algumas respostas antes de partir
Perguntas frequentes
Is this an escape room near Leicester Square?
Not a room. It is an outdoor detective game played on your phone through the West End, with puzzles set in what you see at stops such as the Swiss Glockenspiel and The Londoner. It suits escape room fans who want to solve clues on the streets instead of in a locked space.
How does the London detective game work and how long does it take?
A whistleblower's tip sends you after The Kingmakers, a secret society working from the shadows. The app guides you along a 1.9 km route of 10 stops, tells the story of each place and sets a puzzle there. Plan for around 90 minutes, and you can pause and continue later.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no booked slot, no group to join and no guide to meet. You start whenever you like and play at your own pace. One ticket covers your whole group, so friends or family can solve the case together.
Is it suitable for children?
It is written for adults and families with teens who like puzzles and mysteries. The conspiracy story and code-breaking suit teenagers best, while younger children may find the clues hard to follow. The route is 1.9 km on foot, so allow around 90 minutes.
Is the game played outdoors, and what if it rains?
Yes, it is played outdoors on West End streets, moving between stops such as the Horses of Helios, the Garrick Theatre and The White Swan. If the weather turns, you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped.
