Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?

Starting and finishing at the Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue, this 2.3 km Waikiki loop passes the Prince Kūhiō statue and the Princess Kaʻiulani Shrine as you question suspects in a travel blogger's death. It suits people who want to solve the case themselves rather than watch actors over a meal. You walk through Waikiki on your own phones, gather clues and question suspects to work out who killed travel blogger Bella Wanderlust. You also choose when to start.
Where does the murder mystery start and finish?
It starts and ends at the Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue in Waikiki, so you finish where you began. Along the way you pass the statue of Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalanianaʻole, Waikiki Beach at Kalākaua Ave and the Princess Kaʻiulani Shrine, plus several cafes and shops.
How long does it take, and can we take a break?
Plan for around 90 minutes to walk the 2.3 km route and solve the puzzles. You can pause whenever you like, stop for a drink at one of the cafes on the way, and continue later from where you left off.
Is it suitable for kids?
The story centres on a death and asks you to interrogate suspects, so it works best for older kids and teens who enjoy puzzles, playing alongside adults. Younger children may find the murder plot and the detective questions less engaging.
Do we need to book a time, and can we play as a group?
