It starts at the train station and finishes at Stroinksbleekplein, so it does not return to the start. Along the way you pass stops such as The Haunted Manor, De Grote Kerk, The City Hall, The Van Heek Factory, The Graveyard, The Rijksmuseum and The Bamshoeve Factory.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take about two hours, walking and puzzles included, over a route of 3.6 km. The app leads you from place to place on your phone, so make sure it is fully charged or bring a power bank.
Is it suitable for kids?
It is better for teenagers and adults. The puzzles are rated advanced and the theme is horror and haunts, built on ghost stories from the city's mill history. Younger children may find the clues too hard and the stories too spooky.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers the whole group playing together. There is no time slot to book and no group to join: you start whenever you like from the train station and play on your phone without a guide.
