A história começa aqui.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
É para si?
Para quem é
Across 2.5 km of Christchurch, in around 90 minutes, you work out who killed travel blogger Bella Wanderlust on a ghost tour: her boyfriend Walter, the guide Percy Shadows, or someone else. It suits couples wanting a date with a puzzle, or friends who prefer investigating outdoors to a murder mystery dinner. Pick something else if you want live actors, a roof overhead or a story for small children.

Perguntas frequentes
How does the murder mystery in Christchurch work?
You play it on your phone as a self-guided walk. Travel blogger Bella Wanderlust has been found dead during a ghost tour, and you gather clues and interrogate suspects, including her boyfriend Walter and the guide Percy Shadows, to work out who did it. Expect around 90 minutes and about 2.5 km on foot.
Is this a murder mystery dinner?
No. There is no meal and no actors. Instead of watching a staged mystery at a table, you walk the city and do the investigating yourselves, reading clues and questioning suspects through the app. You start whenever you like, so it can fit before or after dinner.
How is it different from an escape room in Christchurch?
It is outdoors rather than in a locked room, and you move through the city on foot for about 2.5 km instead of staying in one space. You solve a crime with clues and suspects, as many crime escape rooms do, but there is no booked time slot and no countdown clock.
Is it suitable for kids?
It suits older kids and teens who can follow a detective story and walk around 2.5 km. The plot centres on a death and a list of suspects, so parents of younger children may prefer a lighter quest. Teens often enjoy questioning suspects and spotting the clues.
Can we play as a group, and can we stop partway?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, and everyone follows the case on their own phones. You do not need to book a time, so you can start when it suits you, and you can pause the game for a break and carry on later.
