CONFIDENCIAL / RESUMO DO CASO
A história começa aqui.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
É para si?
Para quem é
This 1.9 km loop starts and ends at the Queen Victoria Memorial, passing Craig's Royal Hotel and the Burke and Wills Fountain in around 90 minutes. Couples on a date night, groups of friends and families with teens question suspects and gather clues about a travel blogger found dead on a ghost tour. Pick something else if you want live actors indoors or a story suited to young children.
O que torna esta quest especial
Destaques
A travel blogger is dead and the trail through Ballarat is still warm enough to follow.
Read the scene, then read the people, decipher hidden messages and piece the evidence together until the alibis stop agreeing.
Twelve stops across 1.9 km from Town Hall, past Ballarat Fine Art Gallery and Ballarat Railway Station, on historic streets and in the corners most visitors walk straight past.
A date night that is also a killer group activity, played with your partner, a few friends, or alone if you trust yourself.
Just your phone, starting whenever you like, with nothing to collect and nobody waiting on you.

Perguntas frequentes
Is this a scheduled event, or can we start whenever we like?
There are no set session times. You start whenever suits you, play on your own phones and follow the app from stop to stop. If you need a break for food or a drink along the way, you can pause and carry on later from where you left off.
How is this different from an escape room?
Instead of a locked indoor room, you solve the case outdoors on a 1.9 km walk through Ballarat. You gather clues and interrogate suspects at real places on the route, such as Craig's Royal Hotel and the Burke and Wills Fountain, at your own pace and without booking a slot.
Where does the murder mystery start and finish?
It starts at the Queen Victoria Memorial and loops back to finish there. Along the way you pass stops including Craig's Royal Hotel, a historic post box, the corner of Dana Street and Armstrong Street South, and the Burke and Wills Fountain. Allow around 90 minutes.
Is it suitable for kids?
The story centres on a death and a hunt for the killer, so it suits older kids and teens who enjoy weighing up suspects and piecing clues together. Younger children may find the plot and the deduction less engaging, and the walk covers 1.9 km.
Can our group play together on one ticket?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated for the quest. Everyone can follow the case on their own phone, compare notes on the suspects and decide together who did it.
