Perguntas frequentes
Is there a murder mystery game you can play yourself in Athens, GA?
Yes. This is a self-guided outdoor mystery played on your phone. Bella Wanderlust, a famous travel blogger, is found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. You walk the route, gather clues and interrogate suspects to decide whether her boyfriend Walter, Percy or someone else did it.
How is this different from an escape room?
Instead of a locked indoor room, you solve the case outdoors as you walk about 1.8 km through Athens. There is no booked slot or staff member. You start when you like, play on your own phones, and work through clues and suspects at your own pace.
How long does it take and can we pause?
Plan on around 90 minutes to walk the 1.8 km route and crack the case, though your pace and the time you spend on each puzzle will change that. You can pause at any point, take a break, and continue later from where you stopped.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
One ticket covers your whole group, and everyone can follow along on their own phones. There is no guide and no fixed departure, so you do not book a time slot. Start whenever suits you, whether that is an afternoon with friends or an evening date.
Is it suitable for kids?
The story centres on a death and a hunt for the killer, so it suits older kids and teens who enjoy detective puzzles more than young children. Families with teens can split the work of reading clues and questioning suspects while an adult keeps the group on the route.
