No. There are no actors and no set meal. You walk the streets with your phone, gather clues and interrogate suspects yourselves. The route passes places to eat such as LAZEEZ EATS and Nick's Bagels & Espresso, so you can plan a meal before or after the case.
How is this different from a murder mystery escape room?
An escape room keeps you indoors on a booked slot. Here the puzzles are set in real places across Anaheim, from the Heritage Center to City Hall and the Anaheim Ballet. You play outdoors on your own phones, at a time you choose.
