Yes. The story is set at Halloween: ten restless spirits are loose on the city's streets, each stuck on unfinished business. Solve a spirit's mystery, catch it and it gives up a clue. Follow the clues to name the Evil One and destroy it. You can still play it at any time of year.
Does it tell the real haunted history of Amsterdam?
No. The spirits are original characters, and no history book or tour guide knows their names. The city still plays its part, because some riddles can only be answered by looking at the street in front of you, but the ghost story itself is fiction.
How long does it take, and can we take a break?
Plan for about 90 minutes, depending on how quickly your group cracks the ciphers and riddles. You can pause whenever you like and continue later, so stopping for food or a drink along the way is no problem.
Do we need to book a time, and can our group play together?
There is no fixed start time and no guide, so you begin whenever suits you. The game runs on your phone and one ticket covers your whole group, which makes it easy to play as friends, a couple or a family.
