Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
Is there a murder mystery style game I can play in Washington DC?
Yes. This is a self-guided detective mystery played on your phone outdoors in Georgetown. Instead of a murder, you investigate a secret society after a whistleblower comes forward, solving puzzles at each place. There is no booked room and no guide, so you can start whenever suits you.
What is the Georgetown secret society story about?
In the game's story you are tasked with exposing The Kingmakers, a secret society that has manipulated world leaders and orchestrated global events from the shadows for centuries. A whistleblower hands you alarming information, and you decode its secrets around Georgetown to stop their next grand scheme.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan for around 90 minutes and a walk of about 2.5 km through Georgetown, all outdoors. You do not have to finish in one go: you can pause the game, take a break and continue later from where you stopped.
Can we play as a group, and is it good for kids?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated. The conspiracy story and code-breaking puzzles are aimed at adults and families with teens, so it works best for teenagers rather than young children.
Do we need to book a start time?
No. There is no group departure and no guide to meet, so you start any time you like from your phone. That makes it easy to fit into a free afternoon or a weekend in DC, and you can pause along the way.
