VERTROUWELIJK / ZAAKOVERZICHT
Het verhaal begint hier.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
Is dit iets voor jullie?
Voor wie het is
From DeCarli Plaza, a 2 km route past the Bank of Stockton, the Medico-Dental Building and the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery has you questioning suspects in a travel blogger's death. Pairs after an evening out, or friends who would rather solve a murder than watch one staged over dinner, get around 90 minutes of sleuthing. Anyone wanting an indoor haunted escape room or a live guide should look elsewhere.

Veelgestelde vragen
Is this a Stockton ghost tour?
Not in the usual sense. The story is set during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows, where travel blogger Bella Wanderlust is found dead. You walk the route yourself with the app and solve the case, rather than following a live guide.
Is it like a haunted escape room?
It shares the puzzles and the spooky story, but you play outdoors on Stockton's streets instead of in a locked room. At each stop the app sets a puzzle in what is in front of you, and you start whenever you like rather than booking a slot.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
It starts at DeCarli Plaza and covers about 2 km over 11 stops, including the Bank of Stockton, the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery and the Medico-Dental Building. Most groups take around 90 minutes, and you can pause and continue later.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
One ticket covers your whole group, up to the stated number of devices, so friends can follow the case on their own phones. There is no fixed start time or guide to meet, so you begin at DeCarli Plaza whenever it suits you.
Is it suitable for children?
It works best for older kids and teens who enjoy puzzles and detective stories. The plot centres on a death and a set of suspects to interrogate, so very young children may find it dark or hard to follow.
