Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
Is this an escape room in Springfield, MA?
Not a room, but it scratches the same itch. It is an outdoor detective game played on your phone: you walk about 2.2 km through the city, follow clues and crack codes to unmask a secret society, and you can start whenever you like instead of booking a room.
How long does the game take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes, covering about 2.2 km on foot. You do not have to finish in one go: you can pause the game and continue later, so there is time for a coffee or a break along the way.
Is it suitable for kids?
The story of a centuries-old conspiracy and the codebreaking puzzles are pitched at adults and teens, so families with teenagers are a good fit. Younger children may find the codes and the plot harder to follow and might enjoy it more with plenty of help.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group playing together, and there is no fixed time slot. You start the game on your phone whenever it suits you, which makes it easy to fit in today or over a weekend.
What happens if it rains?
The game is played outdoors as you walk between locations, so dress for the weather. Because you can pause at any point and pick up where you left off, you can wait out a shower or come back another day to finish the mystery.
