The route takes in Saraishte Beach, the Ohrid Boardwalk, the Church of Saint John the Theologian, the Church of Saints Clement and Panteleimon, Samoil's Fortress and its Upper Gate, the Ancient Macedonian Theatre, the Church of Saint Sophia, the Robev Family House and Small Saint Clement.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at Ohrid City Square and loops back to the same square at the end, so you finish where you began. That makes it easy to plan around a meal, a hotel pickup or a return to the lakefront afterwards.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Plan for around 4.5 hours to cover about 3.4 km, including time at the stops and on the puzzles. You can pause whenever you like, for a swim, a coffee or a rest, and continue later from where you left off.
