Veelgestelde vragen
How long does the Madrid detective game take?
Plan for around 90 minutes, covering about 2 km on foot. That is a guide, not a limit. You can take longer to talk through the codes or stop for a drink, and you can pause the game and pick it up again later.
Is this secret society mystery suitable for kids?
It is written for adults and works well for families with teens who enjoy codes and deduction. The story is about uncovering a powerful society that has manipulated leaders, and the puzzles are aimed at older players, so younger children may need a lot of help.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated for the quest, so friends can solve the clues together. There is no time slot to book: you start whenever you are ready, with no guide and no other groups.
Can we pause the game and continue later?
Yes. The game runs on your phone, so you can stop partway through the mystery, take a break or come back another day, and continue from where you left off without losing your progress on the clues.
Is it played outdoors, and what if it rains?
It is a self-guided walking game played outside in the streets of Madrid, with clues set in what is in front of you. In rain, bring a jacket or umbrella, or simply pause the game and continue when the weather improves.
