Veelgestelde vragen

Is there an escape room style game at Bran Castle?
Yes. This is a self-guided exploration game played on your phone inside the castle. You follow step-by-step directions, solve clues in order and uncover the castle's history from Vlad the Impaler to Queen Mary, ending with the legend of Dracula.
Is there an app game for exploring Dracula's castle in Bran?
Yes. The app guides you through Bran Castle with directions and clues, telling the story of the castle as you go. There is no guide and no group to join: you play at your own pace on your phone, and it is free to play.
How long does the game take and where does it start and finish?
Most players take around 90 minutes, puzzles included. The game starts and ends at Bran Castle, finishing where it began, and the route stays within the castle, so there is little walking distance beyond moving between its rooms.
Is it suitable for children?
It is tagged not for kids. The game is aimed at adults and teens who enjoy puzzles and the Dracula legend, and the story builds towards facing Dracula's spirit inside the castle, so it is not a good fit for young children.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
No booking of a time slot is needed. You can start whenever you like, play as a group of friends or family together, and pause the game and continue later. It is free to play.
