This 3.9 km loop starts and ends at Buzău's Obelisk, passing City Hall, Archbishopric of Buzău and Vrancea and Parc Crang as a Dacian storm-god story unfolds over about 90 minutes. It suits fans of Gebeleizis and pre-Roman myth, and families with school-age children who would rather solve puzzles than read museum labels. Anyone who cannot manage 3.9 km, or wants a live guide to question, should pick another walk.

It starts and ends at Buzău's Obelisk, so it is a loop of about 3.9 km. Along the way you pass places such as Buzău City Hall, the Archbishopric of Buzău and Vrancea, Sf Spiridon church, the I.C. Brătianu museum centre, Parc Crang and the County Museum.
How long does it take, and can we pause?
Allow around 90 minutes for the route and puzzles, though your pace may vary. You can pause at any point, take a break in Parc Crang or a café, and continue later from where you stopped.
