Preguntas frecuentes
What is there to see in Sibiu along this Christmas route?
The route passes Sibiu landmarks such as Turnul de Poartă, the statue of Gheorghe Lazăr, the Emil Sigerus Museum of Saxon Ethnography and Folk Art, Casa Desolf, the ruins of Turnul Tâmplarilor and Potters' Tower, so you take in a good slice of the city between puzzles.
Where does the game start and finish?
It starts at Thalia Hall and loops back there at the end, so you finish where you began. In between, you follow the magic trail to 12 locations, including Pasajul Balului, Împăratul Romanilor, Scufița Roșie and The Guild Tree.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes to cover about 1.9 km on foot. You can pause and continue later, so it is easy to stop for a hot drink or a warm-up and pick up the game when you are ready.
Is it good for kids?
It is designed as a Christmas outing for families. The puzzles, dares and joking from Santa, Sparky and Rudolph suit school-age children best, while younger ones can join in with an adult reading the clues and handling the phone.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, playing together as Ground Control, which works well for friends, visiting relatives or an office Christmas team outing. There is no time slot to book and no guide to meet, so you start whenever suits you.
