Where will we see the Manhattan skyline on this walk?
The route is built around skyline views. Stops include the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, the Pier 1 Skyline Lookout, Pebble Beach and a Manhattan Bridge view, with Jane's Carousel and the East River ferry landing in Brooklyn Bridge Park along the way.
Does the walk cover Brooklyn Heights as well as DUMBO?
Yes. You begin among the old streets of Brooklyn Heights and along its Promenade, cross Squibb Park Bridge down to Brooklyn Bridge Park, then explore DUMBO's walls, archway, John Street Park and St. Ann's Warehouse before heading back.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at the Brooklyn Heights Promenade Entrance and is a loop, so you finish back at the same spot. That makes it easy to plan how you arrive and leave, and you can start whenever suits you.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan on about 75 minutes for roughly 3.1 km, more if you stop often for photos. You can pause the quest at any point and continue later, so there is no need to rush the viewpoints.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
