Yes, but self-guided and played on your phone. The app leads you through the old streets of Naples, tells the city's ghost stories and the legend of the alchemist Prince of Sansevero, and sets a puzzle or code at each stop. There is no guide and no fixed departure.
Where does the walk start and finish?
It starts at Chiesa Museo di Santa Luciella ai Librai and loops back to finish there. On the way you pass places such as Santa Chiara, Gesù Nuovo, Piazza Dante, the Statua del Dio Nilo and Cappella Sansevero.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes to cover about 2.4 km, depending on how quickly you solve the puzzles. You can pause at any point and continue later, so you can stop for a coffee or a church visit along the way.
Do we need to book a time, and can we play as a group?
