Hello, Questo enthusiasts, we have a little bit of trouble here at Team Skitty.

Our team leader, Skitty... well, he took our time machine for a joyride, as you can see, he was having an awesome time,
until the photos stopped coming in, and we lost touch with Skitty.

We think Skitty's in trouble and might just be lost in time somewhere, so here's what we need from you. We need you to take our backup time machine, travel through time, find Skitty, and bring him back to the present.

Families with children of about 7 to 12 and groups of friends can chase Skitty, a time-travelling character lost somewhere in the past, through central Botoșani. Along the way they solve medium-difficulty puzzles from the Mihai Eminescu Theatre to the courthouse, over about two hours and 3 km. If you want a proper history lecture with a guide to answer questions, or your children are younger than seven, choose something else.

Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at Teatrul „Mihai Eminescu” and finishes at Judecătoria Botoșani, so it does not end where it began. In between you pass the Filarmonica, Biserica Vovidenia, A. T. Laurian National College, Casa Memorială Nicolae Iorga, the Holy Trinity church and the statues and bust in Mihai Eminescu park.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Most players take about two hours, including walking and solving the puzzles, and the route covers around 3 km through the town centre. You do not have to do it in one go: you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, it works best for children of about 7 to 12. The puzzles are rated medium difficulty and the game follows a playful story about finding Skitty, who is lost in time, rather than a heritage tour, so younger children may need a lot of help from adults.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book?
It is free to play, so friends and family can join in together on their phones. There is no booking and no time slot: you start whenever you like at the theatre, with no group to join and no guide to wait for.
Is this a history tour of Botoșani?
Not really. It is a character-led time-travel puzzle game that uses real places in the centre, such as the Nicolae Iorga memorial house and Mihai Eminescu park, as the setting. The app tells the story of each place, but the focus is on play and puzzles.
