You do not need a printed map. The app leads you from wall to wall on your phone across 11 stops in the Raval, including Mame Diop, El Xupet Negre, Àgora Juan Andrés Benítez and the Triangle of Misery. The route then loops back to where it began.
How long does the walk take?
Plan on about two and a half hours for 3.1 km. That covers walking, reading the story at each stop and working out the clues hidden in the art. You can pause at any point, stop for a coffee and continue later from where you left off.
Is this a guided street art tour?
No live guide comes along. It is a self-guided walk played on your phone. The app tells the story behind each piece and sets a puzzle in the artwork in front of you. You start whenever you like, with no group to join and no time slot to book.
Can we play together as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated on the quest page. Friends or a couple can follow the clues together, compare what they spot on each wall and decide on the answers as a team.
Is it all outdoors, and what if it rains?
The route is a street walk, because the art you are decoding is painted on the Raval's walls and alleys. Bring a rain layer if the forecast looks poor. You can also pause the quest and pick it up again on a drier day.
