Despre acest quest
The city feels older tonight. Heavier. Like something has been waiting a very long time for someone to come asking.
You've been recruited by the Bureau of Otherworldly Observation, and Agent Howl is handing you your first case: a district full of the dead, and a file nobody has ever managed to close.
Thirteen stops. Thirteen things this city would rather you didn't look at too closely. Some of them are waiting for you.
The dead here were real people, and they remember what the plaques leave out. Ask the right questions and they'll tell you. Ask the wrong ones and you'll find out why the file is still open.
Keep your phone torch handy. You'll want it. 🕯️
E pentru voi?
Pentru cine este
This 2.3 km loop starts and ends at Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel, passing Notre-Dame Basilica, Le Champ-de-Mars and Château Ramezay on thirteen Old Montreal stops, each with a ghost story and a puzzle. Couples and friends who like dark history can start it any evening they choose. Anyone who wants a live guide to question, or gentler tales for young children, should pick another walk.

Câteva răspunsuri înainte de plecare
Întrebări frecvente
Where does the ghost walk start and finish?
It starts and ends at Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel in Old Montreal, so you finish where you began. In between, the route takes in Place d'Armes, Notre-Dame Basilica, Le Champ-de-Mars, Place Jacques-Cartier, City Hall and Bonsecours Market, among its 13 stops.
How many km is the walk?
The route is about 2.3 km. It loops through the streets and squares of Old Montreal on foot, and you can pause along the way and continue later if you want a break or need to stop for the night.
Is this a good thing to do around the Old Port of Montreal?
Yes, if you like ghost stories. The route stays in the old town beside the Old Port, passing Bonsecours Market, Place Jacques-Cartier, Vauquelin Place and Château Ramezay, and at each stop the app tells the story of the place and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you.
Do we need to book a time, and can our group share one ticket?
There is no time slot to book and no guide to meet. You start on your phone whenever you like, and one ticket covers your whole group, so friends or a couple can play together without paying per person.
What happens if it rains?
The quest is a walk between stops in the streets and squares of Old Montreal, so dress for the weather. If the rain gets heavy you can pause the game and pick it up later from where you left off.
