Perguntas frequentes
Is this a good alternative to an escape room in Sunbury?
It suits the same puzzle-loving crowd, but it takes place outdoors. You walk a 2.3 km route through central Sunbury on your own phones, gathering clues and questioning suspects to solve a murder. You start when you like, and the puzzles are set in the places you visit.
What is the murder story in Sunbury about?
Bella Wanderlust, a famous travel blogger, is found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Suspicion falls on Walter Bridges, her obsessed boyfriend, on Percy himself, or on someone else hiding in the shadows. Your job is to work out the truth.
Can we start it right now, or do we need to book a time?
There is no time slot to book. You can start whenever you are ready, with no guide and no other groups to wait for. If you need a break, you can pause the game and continue later from where you left off.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
It starts and finishes at Sunbury Public Park Reserve, passing the Joseph Starkie fountain, Sunbury Fountain and Sunbury Uniting Church along the way. The route is about 2.3 km and takes around 90 minutes, depending on your walking pace and how quickly you crack the clues.
Is it suitable for kids, and can we play as a group?
It works best for adults, older kids and teens, since the story centres on a death and the clues call for some detective reasoning. One ticket covers your whole group, and everyone can follow along and investigate together on their own phones.
