L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele has sold essentially two pizzas, marinara and margherita, for well over a century, and Neapolitans still queue for them. You take a number and wait. It became internationally famous after appearing in Eat Pray Love, which lengthened the queue considerably.

Porta Capuana is one of Naples' old city gates, a heavy medieval arch faced in white Renaissance marble and carving, now marooned in the middle of a busy market district. The contrast between the ornament and the street life around it is the appeal.

The Fountain of Neptune has been moved around Naples repeatedly over the centuries and now stands on Via Medina, a Renaissance piece of sea gods and monsters. Its wanderings are a running joke in the city.
