Perguntas frequentes
What will we see in Manchester on this walk?
The route passes Manchester Central Library, Manchester Central, Canada House, the Palace Theatre, the Alan Turing Memorial, Canal Street, the Arch of Chinatown and Manchester Art Gallery. Each stop comes with part of the secret society story and a puzzle set in what is in front of you.
Where does the game start and finish?
It starts at St. Peter's Square and loops back there at the end, so you finish where you began. That makes it easy to plan travel to and from the walk, and the square is a central meeting point for your group.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes for about 2.1 km of walking through central Manchester. You can pause the game and continue later if you want a break, a meal or a longer look at one of the stops.
Is it suitable for children?
It suits families with teenagers best. The story is a conspiracy plot about a secret society manipulating world leaders, and the puzzles involve decoding secrets, which younger children may find hard to follow or slow going over 90 minutes.
Do we need to book a time, and can our group play together?
No time slot is needed: you start whenever you like, with no guide and no other group to join. One ticket covers your whole group up to the number of devices stated, and everyone plays on their phones as a team.
