Dla kogo jest

Families with school-age children and couples get a playful way into the old town: puzzles at the Heilig-Kreuz-Münster, the Marienbrunnen and the leaning tower of the Johannis-Kirche, plus a search for the unicorn, over 2.6 km. Anyone wanting a live guide to quiz, or a short indoor outing, should pick something else, since this is nearly two hours on foot outdoors.

Często zadawane pytania

Where does the Schwäbisch Gmünd quest start and finish?
It starts at the sundial by the Rokoko Palace and runs as a loop through the old town, past the Torhäusle, the Heilig-Kreuz-Münster, the Town Hall, the Marienbrunnen, the Johannis-Kirche and the Spital, finishing at QlockTwo, back near where you began.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take just under two hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 2.6 km through the alleys and squares of the old town, with 13 places to discover along the way. You can go at your own pace.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, it is tagged as family friendly and a family favourite. The puzzles are of medium difficulty, so school-age children will get the most out of it, especially with adults helping. The unicorn search and stories about Swabian inventors give younger players something to look for.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book?
The quest is free to play, so friends or family can join in together. There is no fixed start time and no group to meet: you open it on your phone and begin at the sundial whenever suits you.
Can we pause the quest and is it all outdoors?
You can pause at any point and continue later, which helps if you want a break for coffee or shelter from rain. The route itself is an outdoor walk between churches, fountains and historic buildings, so dress for the weather.
