POUFNE / OPIS SPRAWY
Tu zaczyna się historia.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
Czy to dla was?
Dla kogo jest
Over about 90 minutes and 2.1 km on foot through Reading, you piece together how travel blogger Bella Wanderlust died on a ghost tour, questioning her boyfriend Walter and the theatrical guide Percy Shadows. It suits friends who would rather solve a case outdoors than at a staged dinner, and teens who enjoy a whodunit. Skip it if you want to stay indoors or prefer a story without a death.

Kilka odpowiedzi przed wyjściem
Często zadawane pytania
Is this like an escape room in Reading?
It shares the puzzle solving and the race to a solution, but you play outdoors on your own phones instead of in a locked room. You walk about 2.1 km through Reading, gather clues and question suspects to work out who killed Bella Wanderlust, starting whenever suits you.
How long does the murder mystery take?
Plan on around 90 minutes to cover the 2.1 km route, though there is no clock to beat. You can pause the game at any point, stop for a drink or a meal, and continue later from where you left off.
Is it suitable for children?
The story centres on a death during a ghost tour, and the play is about gathering clues and interrogating suspects, so it suits teens and older children who enjoy a whodunit. Younger kids may lose interest in the deduction or find the murder theme unsettling.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, and players can follow along on their own phones. There is no group to join and no guide to meet, so there is no time slot to book. Start whenever you are ready.
Is it outdoors, and what if it rains?
The game is played outside as you walk between places in Reading, so dress for the weather. Because you can pause and pick it up later, a heavy shower does not have to end your investigation. Shelter somewhere and carry on afterwards.
