Is this a guided ghost tour with a fixed start time?
No. It is self-guided and played on your phone, so there is no guide and no time slot to book. Start whenever suits you, pause along the way and continue later. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated.

It starts at the Alan Turing Statue in Sackville Gardens. The route is about 2.2 km and takes around 90 minutes, passing The New Union, the Arch of Chinatown, Albert Square, The Portico Library and St. Peter's Square.
