Czy to dla was?
Dla kogo jest
Ghost-story fans who like a properly hard puzzle will follow a haunted tale built around the Van Heek family and Enschede's textile mills, past factory grounds, a graveyard, a villa and a haunted manor. It suits friends, couples, students and curious locals with about 1.5 to 2 hours to spare. Anyone wanting gentle clues, a live guide to question or an outing for young children should pick an easier, less spooky walk.

Kilka odpowiedzi przed wyjściem
Często zadawane pytania
Where does the Enschede ghost walk start and finish?
It starts at Enschede train station and finishes there too, so you end up back where you began. The route covers about 3.6 km and passes 15 stops, including the City Hall, the Van Heek Factory, De Grote Kerk and the Haunted Manor.
How long does the ghost walk take, and can we pause it?
Plan on around 1.5 to 2 hours at a relaxed pace, including time to read the stories and solve the puzzles. You can start whenever you like, pause at any point and carry on later, so there is no need to rush.
Is this quest suitable for children?
It is tagged Horror & Haunts and rated ADVANCED, so the story leans spooky and the real-world puzzles are hard. It works best for teenagers and adults who enjoy a challenge. Younger children are likely to find the clues frustrating and the theme a little dark.
Do we need to book a time, and can our group play together?
No time slot is needed and there is no guide to meet, so you start whenever suits you. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, and you play together on your phones as you walk the route.
What should we bring, and is it outdoors?
The quest is a walk through the city's streets, squares and former factory grounds, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for 3.6 km. Make sure your phone is fully charged, or bring a power bank, since the app guides you the whole way.
