Czy to dla was?
Dla kogo jest
First-year secondary school students and their teachers get about an hour on foot linking the school to the town around it: library, town hall, sports hall, aquapark, Kamenčák, zoo and park, ending at the theatre. Newcomers to Chomutov gain the same orientation, free to play. If you want a live guide or deep history, or 5.2 km is too far, choose something else.

This self-guided walk takes you through the town on your phone, with audio stories along the way. It passes the library, town hall, sports hall, cinema, aquapark, minigolf, Kamenčák, the zoo and the town park before finishing at the theatre. It is free to play.
Where does the walk start and finish?
It starts in the school street by the secondary industrial school buildings and heads out past the library and gymnasium towards the sports area and aquapark. It then works its way back into the centre and finishes at the town theatre, not at the starting point.
How long does it take and how far is it?
Most players take about an hour, walking and puzzles included. The route covers 5.2 km, so wear comfortable shoes and allow a little extra time if your group likes to linger at the zoo, Kamenčák or the park.
Can a whole school class play it?
Yes. The walk was written mainly for first-year secondary school students getting to know the town their school is in, so it suits class outings well. It is free to play, and you can start any time without booking or joining a group.
Can we pause and continue later?
Yes. You can stop at any point on the route and pick up where you left off later. There is no guide or fixed start time, so you set the pace, which helps if the 5.2 km feels long in one go.
