O tej grze

The year is 1934. Berlin is one year into Nazi rule, and a Jewish family needs your help.

As the American-born child of German immigrants, you've been sent to find Alfred Blum, a young man in hiding, and get him out of the country. To do it, you'll need to navigate a chain of underground contacts through the city's most historic districts: the old Jewish clothing quarter at Hausvogteiplatz, the Friedrichswerdersche Kirche, Humboldt University, Museum Island, and the Oranienburger Strasse.

Solve coded puzzles, follow hidden clues, and piece together a network of strangers who are each risking something to help one person escape. This is Berlin's most historically grounded walking game, part self-guided city tour, part outdoor escape room, entirely immersive.

The city is watching. Move carefully.

Czy to dla was?

Dla kogo jest

History-minded visitors drawn to Jewish life and persecution under the Nazis get a story instead of a lecture: a 1934 mission to smuggle a young man out of Berlin, past Museum Island and Humboldt University, in under an hour. It suits couples and friends who like puzzles. Anyone wanting a live guide to quiz on the Third Reich, or a gentler story for small children, should pick another walk.

Często zadawane pytania

Who is Alfred Blum in this quest?
In the story, Alfred Blum is a young Jewish man hiding in Berlin in 1934, one year into Nazi rule. You play the American-born child of German immigrants, sent to find him and get him out of the country by working through a chain of underground contacts across the city.
Where does the walk start and end?
It starts and finishes at Am Bullenwinkel, so you end up back where you began. Along the way you pass stops including Oranienburger Str. 67, Monbijou Park, the Bode Museum, Humboldt University at Bebelplatz, the Friedrichswerdersche Kirche and Taubenstraße 20-22.
How long does it take and how far is it?
The route is about 2.5 km and takes around 50 minutes to play. Allow a little longer if you like to linger at each stop, read the stories at your own pace or take your time over the puzzles.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, and everyone plays on their phones. There is no fixed time slot and no guide to meet, so you can start whenever suits you and pause to continue later.
Is it outdoors, and what if it rains?
Yes, it is a walk through the streets of central Berlin, with the story and puzzles set in what you see at each stop. Dress for the weather, and if a shower arrives you can pause the game and pick it up again afterwards.
What’s the deal with this quest?

You follow the Blum family’s story: they’re Jewish in Nazi-Berlin and things are getting dangerous. You solve clues, sneak through streets, try to help them survive. It’s intense, emotional, but also powerful and meaningful.

Is this good for a date?

Yes—if you want something more than dinner. This has weight, emotion, shared moments that stick with you. Walking together, solving, remembering—it can be really special.

What spots in Berlin will we see?

You’ll pass important historical landmarks (Mitte area), possibly places tied to Jewish history, reminders of WWII, plus streets that show both beauty and scars—lesser-known corners that make the story real.
