Spectacular. We were completely absorbed from the first stop. The historical fiction layer on top of real Gdansk landmarks lifts this above any game we've done before.

The 1734 siege framing is inspired. Every location is genuinely connected to the story rather than just loosely tied. Five stars — no hesitation.

Loved the atmosphere. The 18th century setting is maintained throughout and every location is genuinely interesting. Nothing felt like a filler stop.

Gdansk, 1734. You arrive at the gates of Danzig before dawn, papers bearing the seal of the Merchant Guild. The message was brief: Augustyn Krahmer is dead.

Krahmer was one of this city's most powerful amber merchants. His body was found at Neptune's Fountain, face down in the basin. The water is barely knee-deep. He did not drown. He was placed there.

You have the city morning and three suspects. Your investigation begins at the western gates.
