VERTROUWELIJK / ZAAKOVERZICHT
Het verhaal begint hier.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
Is dit iets voor jullie?
Voor wie het is
This 1.9 km Elgin walk takes around 90 minutes as you work out who killed travel blogger Bella Wanderlust on a ghost tour: her obsessed boyfriend Walter, theatrical guide Percy Shadows, or someone else. It suits friends who would rather question suspects outdoors than sit through a murder dinner. Anyone who cannot walk nearly 2 km, or wants a roof overhead, should look elsewhere.

Veelgestelde vragen
Is this a good alternative to an escape room in Elgin?
It suits the same puzzle-loving crowd, but instead of a locked room you play outdoors on foot. The app leads you from place to place in Elgin, sets puzzles in what is in front of you, and you gather clues and interrogate suspects to find out who killed Bella Wanderlust. There is no time slot to book.
How long does the murder mystery take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes, covering about 1.9 km on foot. You can start whenever you like, and if you need a coffee break or want to finish another day, you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped.
Is it suitable for children?
The story centres on a death, a jealous boyfriend and a dramatic ghost tour guide, so it fits teens and older kids who enjoy detective puzzles and can follow suspects and clues. Younger children may find the theme and the reasoning less fun than an adult or teen would.
Can we play as a group on one ticket?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, so friends, couples and families can investigate together on their own phones. There is no guide and no other players to join, just your group working the case at your own pace.
Is it outdoors, and what if it rains?
The game is played outdoors as a walk through Elgin, so dress for the weather. Because you choose your own start time and can pause and pick up later, you can wait out a shower or move the investigation to a drier day.
