Milan, 1499. The French army is approaching, and Leonardo da Vinci must leave the city he has called home for almost twenty years.
Before he can escape, help him recover his drawings, notes and inventions hidden across Milan. Follow Leonardo through the city he helped shape, solve puzzles along the way, and discover the artist, engineer and inventor behind one of history’s greatest minds.

Families with school-age children and first-time visitors can follow Leonardo da Vinci through Milan in 1499, solving medium-level puzzles to recover his drawings and inventions at places like Casa Atellani, Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Duomo. The loop is 4.2 km and takes a little over an hour. Anyone wanting a live guide to quiz on Leonardo's art, or with toddlers who tire quickly, should pick something else.
