This game will allow you to discover all the treasures of the medieval city of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, while having fun. The route that awaits you has been designed so that you don't miss anything of the considerable historical and architectural heritage of the place.

Couples and families on a Bordeaux or Saint-Émilion wine trip will enjoy this self-paced puzzle walk through the medieval UNESCO village, from the Great Wall past the Monolithic Church, the King's Keep and the old town gates, in about two and a half hours. Skip it if you want a live guide to question, or plan to go after dark, since the game is not recommended at night.

What is there to see in Saint-Émilion on this walk?
The route takes in the medieval town's main heritage, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999: the Great Wall, Place du Clocher, the Collegiate Church cloister, the bell tower, the Monolithic Church, the King's Keep, the Cordeliers cloister and old gates such as Porte de la Cadène.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at the Great Wall and finishes on Rue de la Fontaine, so it does not end where it began. In between you follow the stops in order through the town, guided by the app on your phone.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Most players take about two and a half hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers around 2 km. You start whenever you like, with no time slot to book, and you can pause and carry on later.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so couples, families and friends can follow the route and work on the puzzles side by side on the same game.
What if the weather turns cold, and do we need entry tickets for the sites?
You can pause and go inside to warm up at almost any location along the route, then pick up where you left off. No attraction tickets are required to play. Plan to go in daylight, as playing at night is not recommended.
