E pentru voi?
Pentru cine este
Couples looking for a romantic daytime outing in Notting Hill can play florist Ophelia, chasing floral clues past Portobello Road, the Electric Cinema and the blue door on Westbourne Park Road over about two hours. Câteva răspunsuri înainte de plecare
Întrebări frecvente
Is there a game you can play around Notting Hill?
Yes. This is a self-guided walking game played on your phone. As Ophelia, a florist whose flowers have vanished on the day of the Grand Flower Festival, you follow floral clues through Notting Hill and solve puzzles based on what you see at each stop.
Is this an escape room in Notting Hill?
Not a room. It works like an outdoor escape game: you walk 3.6 km through the streets, and the app sets puzzles in the places in front of you. You stay outside throughout, as entering the places is not part of the experience.
Does the route pass The Notting Hill Book Shop?
Yes. The Notting Hill Book Shop is one of the stops, after Ladbroke Grove and before the Electric Cinema. The puzzle is solved from outside, so you do not need to go in, though you are free to visit it another time.
Where does it start and finish, and how long does it take?
It starts at Alice's on Portobello Road and finishes at Banksy The Painter, so it is not a loop. Players typically take about two hours, walking and puzzles included, to cover around 3.6 km. It is best played during the day.
Can we play as a couple or group, and do we need to book a time?
One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so a couple plays on a single ticket. There is no group to join and no guide, so you can start whenever you like and pause to continue later.
