Despre acest quest
Wander the old university grounds of Harderwijk and uncover the forgotten stories of a vanished university. The buildings are still here, but the university itself disappeared into the mist of time.
Or did it? Something remains. Something that still drifts through the city. For 270 years, Heyndrick has wandered these streets, a former student who never truly left.
Discover what happened to him… and why he has yet to find peace.

E pentru voi?
Pentru cine este
Couples and friends looking for an evening outing in the old town, and anyone curious about Harderwijk's vanished university, follow the ghost of Heyndrick, a student who never left, past the dissection table, the student prison and the botanical garden. Expect about 75 minutes over just 0.5 km, with medium-level puzzles along the way. Families with young children who scare easily, or anyone after a light daytime stroll, should pick a gentler quest.

Întrebări frecvente
What is left of the University of Harderwijk?
The university itself has disappeared, but its buildings are still here. The walk takes you around the old university grounds, with stops such as the Paradise gate, the House of the professors, the dissection table, the botanical garden and the student prison, telling their forgotten stories as you go.
Can we do this in Harderwijk today without booking a time?
Yes. There is no time slot to book, so you can start whenever you like and play at any hour. It is recommended after sunset, which makes it a good evening activity in the old town. The walk takes about 75 minutes.
Where does the walk start and how far is it?
It starts at the university and finishes back there, so you end where you began. The whole route is only about 0.5 km, with ten stops, and most of the roughly 75 minutes goes into the story and solving puzzles rather than walking.
Is it suitable for children?
It is a ghost story in the Horror and Haunts theme, with medium-difficulty puzzles and stops like the dissection table and the student prison, best played after dark. It suits teenagers and older children who enjoy a spooky tale more than young children.
Can we play as a group and take a break halfway?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, and you can pause the quest and continue later. The game runs on your phone throughout, so make sure it is fully charged or bring a power bank.
