Qualche risposta prima di partire
Domande frequenti
How long does the walk along the Seine take?
Plan on about 1.5 to 2 hours for the 4.2 km route, depending on how long you spend on the puzzles and at each stop. You can pause at any point, for a coffee in Saint-Germain for example, and continue later from where you stopped.
Does the route pass the Shakespeare and Company bookshop?
Yes. Shakespeare and Company is one of the stops. You reach it after crossing from Île de la Cité, past Notre-Dame, the statue of Henri IV and the Conciergerie. From there the route continues to La Fontaine Saint-Michel and Le Procope.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts and ends at the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, so you finish where you began. In between, the loop takes in Île de la Cité, the Left Bank around Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Pont des Arts on the way back.
Can we do it on bicycles?
Yes, the quest can be played while riding a bicycle, so you can cycle between stops along the Seine and through Saint-Germain instead of walking the full 4.2 km. It is best played during the day.
Do we need to book a time, and can two of us play together?
No booking or fixed slot is needed. You start whenever you like, with no guide or group to join. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, so a couple can follow the story side by side.
