Domande frequenti
Is this Christmas sleigh game an escape room?
No. It is played outdoors on your phone. You walk about 2.3 km between locations around St Stephen's Green, solving puzzles and completing dares to collect the Elements of Spirit and restart Santa's crashed sleigh. You still race through puzzles, but out in the streets of Dublin rather than in a locked room.
Where does the Dublin Christmas scavenger hunt start and how long does it take?
It starts at St Stephen's Green and takes around 90 minutes over roughly 2.3 km. Along the way the trail passes places such as the Three Fates Fountain, Fusiliers' Arch, the Little Museum of Dublin, St Ann's Church, the National Library and the National Gallery of Ireland.
Is it good for kids?
It is built for laughs, with Santa, Sparky and Rudolph guiding and roasting players through puzzles and dares, so it suits children who enjoy silly humour and can walk about 2.3 km. Younger children will likely need an adult to help read clues and solve the puzzles.
Can we play as a group or office party, and do we need to book a time?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, which makes it easy for families, friends or coworkers to play together. There is no group slot or guide to book, so you start whenever you are ready.
Can we pause it, and what if it rains?
The game is played outdoors, so dress for Dublin weather in December. You can pause at any point, step into a cafe or head home, and continue the trail later from where you stopped.
