Couples and adult friends who like escape rooms get an outdoor mystery here: a vanished friend, cryptic clues and puzzles set in real places, from Plaza de las Tendillas through the Judería lanes and the Mezquita-Catedral to the river. It takes around 80 minutes over 1.6 km. If you would rather question a live guide about the Mezquita's history, a fixed-time guided tour suits you better.

Where does the game start and finish?
It starts at Plaza de las Tendillas and finishes at Torre de la Calahorra, so it does not return to the start. On the way you pass Teatro Góngora, Calleja de las Flores, the Mezquita-Catedral, the Alcázar de los Reyes, Puerta del Puente and the statue of San Rafael.
How long does it take?
Most players take around 80 minutes, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 1.6 km through the old town, so it is an easy distance, but allow extra time if you want to linger at places like the Mezquita-Catedral or the Alcázar.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends or a couple can follow the story of Alex and the missing Mateo side by side, sharing the clues and puzzles on the way.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no group to join and no guide to meet. You start whenever you like on your phone, and you can pause the game and continue later, which makes it easy to stop for a drink or a meal along the route.
Is this an indoor escape room?
No, it is played outdoors on your phone. The app leads you from place to place through Córdoba's streets, tells the story of each spot and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you. In rain you can pause and pick up again later.
