Is there an outdoor escape game in Augusta?
Yes. This Oz-themed escape game is played outdoors on your phone. You follow clues to find each location, hear the story and solve puzzles set in what is in front of you, trying to outsmart the witch. The route covers about 2.7 km, starting at the James Brown Statue.
How does an outdoor escape game work?
Instead of a locked room, the city is your game board. The app leads you from place to place, tells a story inspired by the original Oz novel and sets puzzles you solve on the spot. You can play with friends or solo against the leaderboard, with no guide and no group to join.
