Follow the murals street by street, hunt for names and dates hidden in the artwork, pick up a few words of Papiamento, and uncover the town's best-kept secret: how Sunrise City really got its name. 

A relaxed 1.2 km detective walk for couples, friends and families, played on your own phone, at your own pace, whenever you like. No guide, no group, no schedule.

Couples, friends and families with school-age children visiting Aruba will see the San Nicolas murals with a story attached, hunting for names and dates hidden in the artwork, learning a few words of Papiamento and working out how Sunrise City got its name over an easy 1.1 km. Allow a little over an hour. Anyone who wants a live guide to talk through the artists, or would rather avoid the midday heat, should pick another option.
