Yes. It is a self-guided outdoor detective mystery played on your phone. The app leads you from stop to stop, tells the story of each place and sets puzzles to help you work out whether Rusty the leprechaun, pub owner Finn McGuire or the mayor took the Golden Shamrock.

The route has 11 stops, including The Portico Library, Manchester Art Gallery, the Royal Exchange Theatre, St Anne's Square and St Mary's RC Church, plus places such as Grand Pacific and Mulligans. It is a compact way to see a stretch of the city centre while you solve the case.

The game starts at Manchester Central Library. The walk covers about 1.9 km and takes around 90 minutes, though you can take longer if you stop along the way for a break or a closer look at the places on the route.
