In this immersive adventure, you take on an unexpected role: you are a building. As the brick, iron, and soul of a neighborhood fighting for survival, you must track down an immovable fortress hospital, peer into a phantom subway station frozen in 1966, and uncover a massive sports palace hidden from the modern world.

Chamberí lies beyond Madrid's centre. This walk crosses the district from Hospital de Maudes through Calle Ponzano, Plaza de Olavide and Glorieta de Rubén Darío to Frontón Beti-Jai, covering 3.9 km and giving you a real feel for its streets, squares and landmarks.
Where does the walk start and finish?
It starts at Hospital de Maudes and finishes at Frontón Beti-Jai, so it does not return to the start. In between you pass Museo Geominero, Sala Canal Isabel II, Calle Ponzano, Mercado de Chamberí, Plaza de Trafalgar, Plaza de Olavide and the Andén 0 ghost station.
How long does it take?
Most players take a little over two hours, around 2 to 2.5 hours, including the walking and the puzzles along the 3.9 km route. You can pause at any point and continue later, so there is no need to finish in one go.
Do we need to book a time or pay to play?
No. It is free to play and you can start whenever you like. There is no group to join and no guide to meet: you follow the route on your phone, at your own pace, with whoever you bring along.
