We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Questo's digital marketing engine. You'll be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role, you'll build strategy AND execute it.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute Questo's digital marketing strategy across paid (Meta, Google), organic (SEO, content), and owned channels (email, push)
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and efficient spend
- Own email marketing, design flows, write copy, analyze performance, and grow the subscriber base
- Drive SEO and website optimization to increase organic traffic and conversions
- Collect, analyze, and act on marketing data to inform decisions and improve performance
- Shape content strategy across channels, from social media to blog to app store optimization
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2C or consumer product environment
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Strong analytical skills, you're comfortable with data, dashboards, and making data-driven decisions
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
- SEO knowledge (on-page, technical, and content strategy)
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Tourism or travel industry background is a plus, but not required
- Bonus: you've worked at a startup or high-growth company and thrive in fast-moving environments

We're looking for creative writers and storytellers who want to craft city exploration quests in their own city. You know the hidden alleys, the forgotten stories, the spots that only locals know, and you can turn them into an adventure.
What you'll do
- Research and write interactive city exploration quests using our Creator Room tools
- Design engaging narratives with clues, puzzles, and discovery moments
- Map walking routes that take players to genuinely interesting locations
- Collaborate with the Questo team on quality and story structure
What we're looking for
- Strong creative writing skills in English (other languages are a bonus)
- Deep knowledge of your city, its history, hidden gems, and local stories
- A love for exploration, storytelling, and games
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on a project basis
Compensation
Revenue share from quest sales + potential flat payment upon completion. Top creators earn meaningful recurring income from their quests.
