Forget every ghost story you've heard about this city. This Halloween, ten restless spirits are loose on its streets. 👻 No history book knows their names. No tour guide has heard of them. Most are just lost souls. One is lying to you. 💀
A hooded Oracle needs a ghost hunter. Every spirit is stuck on unfinished business: solve its mystery, catch it, and it gives up a clue. Follow the trail across town, crack ciphers and riddles (some only the street itself can answer), then name the Evil One and destroy it before it finds you. 🕷️

Is there a ghost tour in Cary I can do on my own?
Yes. This is a self-guided ghost hunt played on your phone in downtown Cary. The app leads you from place to place, tells the story of each spirit and sets a puzzle at every stop. You start whenever you like, with no group to join and no guide.
Where does the ghost hunt start and finish?
It starts at the Cary Arts Center and finishes at Frantz Square. Along the way you pass the Ivey Ellington House, the Guess-Ogle Home, The Cary Theater, the Cary Then & Now Mural, Downtown Cary Park and The Nest.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Most players take about 2 hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers around 2.4 km through downtown. You can pause at any point and continue later, so there is no need to finish in one go.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers the whole group playing together, which suits friends, couples or a family hunting side by side. There is no fixed start time to book. Begin whenever suits you and pause if you need a break.
