Starting at Bixby Park, this outdoor escape game leads past the Long Beach LGBTQ Center, Crofton Manor Inn and Grace United Methodist Church, with a story drawn from Baum's 1900 Oz novel. Friends, couples after a date idea, families and Oz fans get around 90 minutes of clue-solving in the open air. Anyone wanting a staffed indoor room, or unable to walk 2.4 km, should choose something else.

Plan on around 90 minutes. The route covers 2.4 km on foot with 11 stops, starting at Bixby Park, and that time includes walking, listening to the story and solving the puzzles. You can pause and continue later if you need a break.
Is this escape room good for kids?
