Enjoy the natural beauty of Richmond Park and explore Pembroke Lodge and its gardens which hold some surprising secrets. Open from early morning to dusk.
Pembroke Lodge gardens close when it gets dark and dogs are not usually allowed within this part of the walk.

When you come down, the police are already filing into every room of your Richmond home. You recognise Bill, your dad’s friend and fellow professor at UCL. He’s looking more awkward than usual.
‘He’s done it this time, Elle’ he flusters, ‘You can’t just take maps from the British Museum. I know its been difficult since…’ he trails off as a police officer brushes past him carrying a computer out of the house.
Your eye is drawn to a postcard picture in the centre of the table that had not been there last night. It is a picture of your dad’s favourite view from Richmond Hill. You remember many happy walks starting there.
You turn the postcard over. It’s addressed to you, with just one additional word. ‘Framed’.
