Lost in the haze of forgotten memories, you wander through the winding canals and painted boats of Little Venice, one of London's most quietly beautiful neighbourhoods.
A car accident took your past. Walking the streets of Maida Vale, along the Grand Union Canal, through the Clifton Nursery and the Rembrandt Gardens, you begin to piece it back together. Along the way, you'll have unexpected company: Alan Turing joins you from his own birth house, a South Pole explorer appears in a local bar, and Rembrandt himself sits beside you on a canal bench, each reflecting something of your own search back at you.
This self-guided walking tour of Little Venice is part puzzle walk, part dreamlike story, part quiet meditation on memory, loss, and what it means to move forward. One of the most distinctive outdoor escape games in London, perfect for a contemplative afternoon in one of the capital's most picturesque corners.

Where does the Little Venice walk start and finish?
It starts at The Colonnade and goes through Bristol Mews, Clifton Nurseries and The Summerhouse, then past the bridge with Paddington's emblem, Rembrandt Gardens and the Paddington Central footbridge. It finishes at Message from the Unseen World, not back at the start. The app guides you from stop to stop.
Is this a guided walking tour of Little Venice?
It is self-guided and played on your phone. There is no guide and no group to join. The app leads you between places along the canal, tells the story of each one and sets a puzzle based on what is in front of you.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take around 90 minutes, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 1.8 km through Little Venice and Maida Vale, along the Grand Union Canal, with nine stops in total.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends or a couple can follow the story and work through the puzzles side by side on the walk.
