Starting and ending in front of Kingston City Hall on Market Square, this loop passes St George's Anglican Cathedral and First Baptist Church on Johnson Street and runs along Princess Street, with Oz puzzles from Baum's 1900 novel for around 90 minutes. Friends wanting an outdoor escape room, families, couples and solo leaderboard players enjoy it. If you want a host giving hints indoors, book a traditional room instead.

Is there an outdoor escape room in Kingston, Ontario?
Yes. This is an escape-room-style game played on your phone in downtown Kingston. You follow clues between stops around Market Square and Princess, Johnson and Brock streets, solving puzzles to outsmart the witch. You start whenever you like, with no booking slot to fit around.
Where does the game start and finish?
It starts at Kingston Market Square, in front of Kingston City Hall, with the Douglas A. McNevin memorial fountain as the first stop. The route loops through downtown, past St George's Anglican Cathedral and First Baptist Church, and finishes back at Market Square.
How long does it take, and can we take a break?
Plan on around 90 minutes, depending on how quickly your group solves the puzzles. You can pause the game at any point, stop for food or a rest, and continue later from where you left off.
