Couples in northwest Houston after a daytime outdoor date, and anyone heading to Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve, get a 3.4 km walk from the Education Garden past the fishing dock and canoe launch to the Lightning Tree, solving puzzles that follow a couple's year of love. Skip it if you want an evening date or a guide to talk to: it is meant for daylight and runs close to two hours.
